Whilst growing up, I found sanctuary in the magical mysteries of Mother Earth; rocks, wood, flowers and crystals became my friends and allies. I began my spiritual quest in my teens, discovering I had been blessed with healing hands.

After qualifying with the International College of Crystal Healers, my hunger for knowledge drew me to Australia where the intense and yet gentle Bush Flower Essences spoke to me before close contact with death spun my life in the direction and study of Shamanism, enriching the healing tools already harnessed. During A trip to Nepal, Spirit guided me to a Tibetan singing bowl Master who introduced me to the phenomenal healing power attained through sound vibration.

Utilising Shamanic Journeying, and with a thorough knowledge of essences, “Gaia’s Essences” was born.
