What are vibrational essences?

Essences are not therapeutic drugs but work on the mind, body and spirit and are obtained by extracting the healing vibrational quality from the most evolved part of the plant, crystal or sound element or by tapping into the psyche of any particular planet or animal. They work on a deep emotional level, harmonising negative feelings and belief patterns held in the subconscious mind.

How do I administer an essence?
Find a quiet space then think of the specific issue you wish to address, eg: focusing your intent on your heart centre when taking Heart Chakra essence or concentrating on peace when spraying Peace Himalaya.

Oral - These are generally taken seven drops under the tongue morning and again at night. A bottle will last up to two weeks. (In some cases, usually where a problem is persistent, an essence may need to be taken for a slightly longer period of time involving several bottles).

Topical - You may find that some essences feel good placed on a certain area of the body, eg: using the Third Eye Chakra essence by rubbing a small amount in-between the brow area.

Sprays – Finding a quiet space, stand with your legs shoulder width apart. Shake the bottle before use and, holding your hand over your head, spray the essence 5-7 times, allowing the spray to gently fall onto your body and into your energy field. Repeat twice daily. External use only.

If you feel guided to stop taking an essence at any time, this will have no harmful effect on the body and it could be your body’s way of telling you it has become balanced and no longer needs a particular essence.
