THE SHAMAN'S JOURNEY
A course of 3 workshops in Native American Indian Healing. A workshop for those wishing to learn how to Journey
Explore the Upper and Lower Worlds to gain self empowerment
Date / Time: 17th May, 14th June, 12th July
Location: Rosetti Hall, New Pond Rd, Holmer Green, Bucks
Cost: £150 (£130 early-bird)
The aim of these workshops is to gain an understanding of the different Worlds the Shaman walks through and to experience this for yourself.
You will be taught how to use an Access Mundi (doorway through this World to the next) and how to Journey to meet your Spirit Guides in the Lower and Upper Worlds.
You will discover the strong bond you have with each Power Animal and Spirit Guide whilst listening to any messages or gifts they may have to offer.
Journeying is a powerful tool which can be utilised for self empowerment whenever you feel the need for help and guidance, and healing on a deep and profound level.
Workshops to include:
*An Opening Ceremony with smudging and live drumming.
*An introduction to Shamanism.
*In-depth introduction to Journeying, what it is and how to call on Spirit.
Depending on time:
*At least 2 Journeys to the Lower World to meet your Power Animal, to be guided by them and to gain knowledge.
*At least 2 Journeys to the Upper World to meet your Spirit Guide, to be guided by them & to gain knowledge.
*1 Journey to the Lower World calling on all Animal Spirit for a deep & moving healing.
This workshop uses a 22” live drum to help you attain a deeper level of Journeying.

Please bring a blindfold, water, something to lie on, lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
It is my wish to form a Shamanic Journeying Circle who will gather once a month in order to meet with other spirit walkers and deepen their knowledge and link with Spirit. Some Journeying may take place outside if weather permits in the summer months.

TIBETAN SOUND HEALING WITH SINGING BOWLS - The Chakras

Workshop to include:
* Opening meditation with Aura and Chakra singing bowls.
* An introduction and history of the Tibetan Singing Bowl to include:
~ A brief outline of the singing bowls’ history.
~ Resonation range and how this alters the brainwaves.
The following exercises will be practiced:
* Stroking & Striking - Playing bowls effectively.
* An overview of the Chakra system and how it works.
* An understanding of where each Chakra is located within the body.
* Learning how to place bowls near and on each Chakra.
* Learning how to play the bowls on and near each Chakra.
* Timer permitting, utilising the Aura cleanse technique with singing bowls to round off the healing.
* Grounding exercise / meditation with a ‘Mother’ bowl.
Please bring a blanket to lie on, water, lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.

This workshop is tailored for those wishing to understand and explore Shamanism further.
If you feel stuck at a crossroads in life, have an illness or wish for clarity in any form, this introductory workshop could be what you have been looking for.
Spend a morning discovering more about Shamanism, where it comes from and why it is now taking root in Western society.
Discover for yourself what it feels like to be part of a ceremony as I drum and invoke Animal and Elemental Spirit to join us.
Explore with me the tried and tested ancient healing techniques available. I will take you on a Journey to another world with the rhythm of the drum, a place for you to discover, explore and fall in love with.

During this one-day workshop, participants will feel subtle energy shifts taking place on many levels of mind, body and spirit as they move deeper into the ancient healing vibrations of these mysterious and harmonious tools. The participants will gain a deeper knowledge and understanding of themselves through the inspiring sound vibration of the bowls.
Workshop to include:
Opening meditation with Aura and Chakra singing bowls
An introduction and history of the Tibetan Singing Bowl to include:
*Their history
*Their composition - 7 Metals / 7 Chakras
*Resonation range and how this alters the brainwaves
The following exercises will be practiced:
*Playing bowls effectively
*Creating a sacred space
*Showing and experiencing how the body can relax & heal on all levels
*Showing and experiencing how to release built up tension, aches and pains
*How to utilise 1 or 2 bowls & Tingshas to aid in the relief of deafness or to begin the healing process for those with ear/ balance problems
*Grounding meditation

All singing bowls are high quality, hand picked, pure pitched, fair trade singing bowls.
Even if you think you will be unable to play a singing bowl, come along as I will be able to get you playing within a couple of minutes!
Prices of bowls vary from as little as £28 up to £95. Dibbers (sticks) cost £5 each. Beautiful brocade bags from £3.
